- Self-referral
- Primary care referral (i.e. Doctor or Nurse Practitioner)
- Child, Youth and Family Service (CYFS) referral
- Community/agency/school referral

GH-CCMH does not provide specific assessment and treatment for the following:
- When autism/related neuro-developmental disorders are the primary concern
- When substance use is the primary concern
- When eating disorders are the primary concern
- Requiring crisis care
- Psychosis
- Primary forensic concerns
