What is this program?
We offer support to children and young people living in the Black Creek, St. James Town and Flemingdon Park communities who are experiencing barriers to accessing mental health care. The counselling and therapist team collaborates with Youth Outreach Workers to make it easy for children, young people and families to receive the level of service that matches their needs.
