The Slaight Centre Early Intervention Service provides outpatient services to clients experiencing psychosis as their primary presenting issue. The program aims to improve outcomes for young people with psychosis through early identification, intervention and treatment.

Are there any people who aren’t the best fit for this program?
While this program aims to help everyone, there are some that have needs this program doesn’t cover, including:
- Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or personality disorders with transient or non-primary psychotic symptoms
- Severe intellectual disability
- Needing Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) level care
- Needing court/Children’s Aid Society (CAS)/Nonconformance Report (NCR)/insurance assessments
